This weekend will be the 5th annual Shamrock Shuffle. I always tell patients that they need to set a goal. A 5K is a great goal to set. It is a attainable distance for even non runners. Additionally this years race offers a walkers course and a kids course. So there is no reason not to get out and exercise.
Every week my beautiful wife stops into the office to update the board. Her quotes are always very inspirational, and make my patients and me stay positive and think about the bigger picture. Thank You!
Over the holiday weekend we had a pipe break at the office. Thankfully, we are blessed with a great family and friends who at any moment are willing to drop everything help out. For that I great full. Thank You to all! For this to happen and to have the office back together to see patients only two days later is a miracle.
